Refund policy

At PHOENIX COMPUTERS &  POWER SYSTEM, all products are sold on a No Return & No Refund basis. Returns or refunds are not accepted after purchase. However, products received damaged, defective, or incorrect may be eligible for replacement, subject to verification and applicable manufacturer warranty terms.

Note: Customers are requested to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery for any damage or missing-item claims.
